Executive Coach Japan offers advanced coach training targeted toward practicing
coaches who would like to expand their skills, and to senior managers who would like to use advance coaching techniques in
their management style.
We also design courses for any need and specialize in systems thinking, emotional intelligence,
crosscultural management and communications skills.
The courses are designed with the principles of Accelerated Learning,
a methodology that approaches learning as a whole mind/body experience. Careful attention has been paid to providing an experience
for participants that as closely as possible recreates the conditions involved in the coaching relationship. It combines
content from best practice coaching models, books and articles, discussion of models and techniques, and practice sessions
with case studies and real time examples from the facilitator and the participants themselves.
All advanced courses
have been certified by the Japan America Institute of Management Science (JAIMS). Graduates of the program will receive a
